Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Pakistan, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier service. Standard delivery within Pakistan generally takes between three to seven business days, while deliveries to remote areas may take longer. We currently offer shipping only within Pakistan, but international shipping may be introduced in the future.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery. Please ensure that the shipping information you provide is accurate and complete, as Pixel Mart will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses or missing information.

While we work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely deliveries, Pixel Mart is not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
