Refund Policy

At Pixel Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we want you to be happy with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund subject to the terms outlined below. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Requests for returns must be made within seven days of receiving your order. Any items that are damaged, used, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error may not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or defective product.

Exchanges are only offered for defective or damaged items, and in such cases, we will replace the product with the same item whenever possible. If the item is no longer available, we may offer you a refund or store credit as an alternative.

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, including perishable goods, digital products, gift cards, and items marked as final sale. Pixel Mart reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
